DIY Fall Leaf Bunting

The color of fall leaves never cease to amaze me and I always wish I could keep them around all year round. This project allows me to do just that AND to make a beautiful bunting in the bargain. This little trick makes it easy to add or take away leaves to make your bunting longer or shorter and makes putting the bunting together a snap.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 15 minutes

Things you’ll need:
Artificial fall leaves
Straws
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Scissors
Yarn

Things to do:
1. Cut the straw into 1/2 inch sections

2. Plug in your glue gun and insert glue sticks.
3. Once the glue is hot, attach the straw pieces to the center top of each leaf.

4. When the glue dries, string the yarn through the straw pieces and cut the yarn to length for your bunting.

5. Spread the leaves out evenly and hang the bunting.
