At FDC, we offer a flexible wholesale program that is designed to accommodate wholesale customers worldwide, whether you are a retail store owner, designer or professional crafter. Through our wholesale program, organizations and individuals can enjoy substantial savings on bulk purchases of craft supplies, florals, primitive and home decor products.

  • Non-profit exception certificate
  • International equivalent of any of the above
2. Minimum order of $250 to qualify for discount.
3. Must apply and receive corporate approval using the 'Wholesale Account' Application below

What is your wholesale program and how is that different than other wholesalers?
Our wholesale program is designed for small and large businesses, alike. Our mission is to provide your business with quality products at everyday low prices, allowing you the opportunity to build a happy relationship with your customers. Along with our excellent selection of unique products, we're committed to providing unsurpassed service. We have a dedicated wholesale accounts team to answer any questions that you may have or help with any special requests.
How much do I save on my orders as an authorized wholesaler?
Our wholesale pricing is 20% off of our retail pricing (including already marked-down merchandise).
How is shipping calculated for wholesale orders?
Actual shipping charges apply for all wholesale orders. Shipping charges are based on the dimensions, weight, and final destination of each order. Final shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
How do I place an order?
Ordering as a wholesaler is just as easy as placing an order as a retail customer. Our wholesale program uses the same online interface to shop and add products to your shopping cart. If your account is approved for wholesale, log into the account, then the pricing will be adjusted accordingly on the product pages (regular pricing is shown until the wholesale minimum is reached). Once your shopping cart is ready and meets the minimum order requirement simply checkout like normal just as a retail customer does.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay via Paypal and Pay by Amazon.
Can I use your photographs and/or descriptions?
Sorry, but all photography, icons, descriptions, and logos are the property of Factory Direct Craft and cannot be used on other websites, social media sites, or catalogs.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
At Factory Direct Craft, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value. All products must be returned with original labels affixed. Please inspect your purchase immediately and notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments.


Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Returns with an eGift receipt, check, or money order will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit. Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

You may return merchandise through the mail for a refund. For detailed procedures for a return, please contact Customer Service.

For your convenience you can also Process Your Return Online. At the end of this process you will be able to print a convenient, pre-paid USPS shipping label to bring to a USPS drop-off location. When using our pre-paid return label, your return will be subject to a $7.95 fee. This amount will be deducted from your return refund and will be reflected on your original method of payment. Should you choose to make arrangements with your own shipping carrier, please note return shipping expenses are not refundable.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Books
  • Mirrors
  • Final sale items/closeout merchandise
  • Partial packages
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Return Process:

1. Send your item(s) in its original packaging.
2. Pack your item(s) carefully so that there will be no damage during the return process. Please include a copy of your original invoice.
3. Use a secure shipping method so that your package can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item(s) is/are received back at our return center.
