Things to do:
1. Decide on the size of the banner. Drill holes in the top of the cutouts.

2. Paint each sea creature with your favorite color of paint. You’ll need to paint a coat, allow to dry, and paint a second coat. You may also choose to paint the back of the cutouts if desired.

3. String the cutouts on the twine, and hang!
