5-3/4″ Black Felt Witch Hat
Orange Chandelle Craft Feather
4″ Ghost Wood Cutout
Black Ribbon with White Polka Dots
Black Netting Tulle Spool
White Picot Satin Ribbon
White Apple Barrel Acrylic Paint
Black Apple Barrel Acrylic Paint
Things to do:
1. First thing is to take the wooden ghost cutout and paint it white. Then paint 2 eyes for the ghost.
2. Glue ghost to the hat on the side a bit, leaving 1/2″ at the bottom. Glue the orange feathers onto the brim of hat.
3. Take a couple pieces of each ribbon and glue around the brim of hat.
4. Using the black netting tulle spool, cut 8 pieces that are about 10″ long and glue to the bottom on the brim in back.
