On a recent trip to a museum, I spotted a pair of beautiful jewel topped bobby pins that I was dying to buy. I wasn’t, however, dying to pay museum prices. So I whipped up a few of my own for a fraction of the price and so can you.

Things you’ll need:
Bobby pins
Craft glue or super glue
Flat bottomed jewelry charms
Scrap cardstock

Things to do:
1. Slid the pins onto the cardstock to help keep them steady.

2. Add a generous dot of glue to the top of the pin.
3. Press the jewel into the glue, centering it with the shaft of the pin. Allow the glue to dry completely before wearing.
