DIY Party Paper Straw Place Markers


Adorn your party table with darling paper straw place markers. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to transfer print onto washi tape to create custom patterns. These nametags look great displayed in mason jar glasses, adding a country-chic vibe to your gathering.

Things you’ll need:
Paper straws
Washi tape
Printer
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Print a word or name onto a piece of regular printer paper in black ink. Experiment with different fonts and sizes until you find a look that you love.


2. Stick a 4-inch piece of washi masking tape on top of the printed word and peel it back up. This will transfer the writing on to your tape.


3. Measure 1-inch from the top of a paper straw and fold the washi masking tape in half around it.

4. Cut a v” shape out of the end of the tape.
