DIY Twine Bottle

DIY_Twine_Bottle
I love baker’s twine. It’s all the fault of my local bakery, they are always sending me home with boxes wrapped up in the colorful string and now I’m addicted. And why not, its fun and peppy and colorful, and just the thing to add a little fun to your room.

Things you’ll need:
Empty iced coffee bottles
Mod Podge
Foam brush
Bakers twine

Things to do:
1. Remove all labels and rinse out the bottle. Allow it to dry.

2. Starting at the bottom of the bottle, brush on 1/2 inch of Mod Podge and wrap the twine around, pushing each layer down toward the next as your work toward the neck.

3. Continue to work in 1/2 inch sections until you have reached the neck. Flip the bottle over and continue to work toward the top.
4. When you reach the rim, trim the twine and tuck it up under the edge so that it seems to disappear. Allow the Mod Podge to dry.
