DIY Dimensional Tags

I love tags, all kinds of tags! And while paper tags are a ton of fun and I use them all the time, sometimes I like to take them up a notch and make a tag that is beyond the norm. pairing these metal tags, paper or washi tape accents and Diamond Glaze creates just the look I’m after.

Difficulty level: Moderate
Time required: 15 minutes plus dry time

Things you’ll need:
Metal tags
Diamond Glaze
Paper accents or washi tape
Scissors or craft knife
Toothpick

Things to do:
1. Apply the washi tape or paper accents to the tag, trimming away the excess with the craft knife, bringing the edge of the paper right to the edge of the lip of the tag. Smooth down the edges well.

2. Squeeze out a dollop of Diamond Glaze in the center of the tag and, using the toothpick, pull it to the edge of the lip all the way around the tag.

3. Set the tag on a flat, covered work surface and allow it to dry overnight or until hard and clear all the way through.
