Nettie "The garters were just what I was looking for. I wanted to make a special garter for my 2 granddaughters for their up and coming weddings . I have arthritis and need to do short cuts, so this enabled me to take the lace that was on the ones I bought and put some old lace and embellishments from their grandmothers stash on them as keepsakes. The other ones will be used for the groom to throw at the wedding. Thank You.."
