This little afternoon craft with the kids creates a fun winter project. These snowmen can be used as ornaments or just general decorations and is a great way to reuse something out of your recycling bin!

Things you’ll need:
Bottle caps
White, orange and black acrylic paint
Thin paintbrush
Craft glue
Thin red ribbon
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Paint the inside of each of the bottle caps with white paint and allow it to dry completely.


2. Once the white is dry, use the tip of the paintbrush to add a carrot nose and coal eyes, mouth and buttons. Allow the paint to dry.

3. Flip the bottle caps over, being sure to keep them in line, and glue a loop of ribbon along the back side to connect the tops to each other. Allow the glue to dry.
