Sometimes you need a stamp shape that’s just not in your arsenal. I understand, it can feel a little like a crafting emergency, right? But fear not! Here’s an easy trick for creating a stamp” to whatever shape you need in the moment you need it!
Difficulty level: Moderate
Time required: 5 minutes
Things you’ll need:
Craft knife and mat or paper punches
Things to do:
1. Using your punches or craft knife, cut out your desired shape in a strip of cardstock wider than the shape you want (you’ll want plenty of overhang)
2. Lay the stencil” onto your work, positioning it where you want the finished image.
3. Using either an inverted stamp pad or an inked texture stamp, stamp over the cut out.
4. Lift your stencil to reveal your shape!
