Ribbon Button Bookmark Tutorial

Learn to make your own button bookmarks with this easy tutorial. Button bookmarks would make a terrific teacher or librarian gift! I substitute glue dots for hot glue so that children of all ages can tackle this project on their own!

Time required: 15 minutes

Things you’ll need:
Glue dots

Things to do:
1. Measure and cut one piece of ribbon to 12″.

2. Remove 1 glue dot and attach to the end of the ribbon. Press button on the glue dot until secure.

3. Remove a 2nd glue dot and attach 1/2 and inch apart from the first button. Press button down on the glue dot until secure. Optional, use more glue dots to add more buttons on to the ribbon button bookmark or to stack more buttons on top of your existing buttons.

4. Insert your new ribbon button bookmark into your favorite book!
