Paper_Tube_Owls
This lazy afternoon activity can be a fun craft with kids or turn out some pretty little decorations, or both! A great way to use up scrapbook paper scraps, goggle eyes and other supplies, these owls are cute no matter what you cover them with!

Things you’ll need:
Toilet paper tubes
Scrapbook paper, goggle eyes, miscellaneous craft supplies
Modge Podge
Scissors
Foam brush

Things to do:
1. Paint each tube with a thin layer of Modge Podge and then wrap with patterned paper. Smooth out any wrinkles and trim away any excess.
