This sweet vase is so simple to make! Enjoy this country style jar in your home, or give it to a friend with a bouquet to brighten her day. Everyone is sure to love this quaint, dried flower craft.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Age range: 3 and Up
Time to complete: 30 Minutes

Things you’ll need:
Pressed flowers
Foam brush
Glass Jar
Mod Podge

Things to do:
1. Pick an assortment of flowers from your garden or buy a bouquet at the store and place the flowers inside of a heavy book. To keep the pages of your book clean, place the flowers between wax paper. Leave them for a few days, or until they are dry and flat.

2. The next step is adding the pressed flowers to the jar. Paint a layer of Mod Podge onto the glass jar and place the flower on top. When you’re applying Mod Podge to the surface of the jar, be sure to paint it on in one direction. Keeping your strokes even will prevent any ugly lumps or bumps from forming.

3. Once the flower is secured to the surface, apply a second coat of Mod Podge on top of the flower. If you really want your flowers to be secure, apply a third coat of Mod Podge to the top.

4. Let the vase dry thoroughly before use.
