Things you’ll need:
Pipe cleaner
Beads
Small dowel rod
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Start threading beads onto the pipe cleaner.

2. Check to see how many bead you need by wrapping the pipe cleaner into a loop.

3. Once you’ve decided on a size, wrap into a final shape and twist the end of the pipe cleaners around each other near the loop.

4. Add the pipe cleaner to the dowel rod. Fill up a shallow container with bubbles and have fun!
