Spruce up your space with this gorgeous, holiday garland. This project is a great way to recycle your old bulbs and turn them into something fresh and festive!

Things you’ll need:
Ornaments
Scissors
Jute

Things to do:
1. First, you have to decide the length of your garland. Measure the length of the area you’d like to decorate and cut a piece of jute accordingly, adding an extra foot to account for knots.


2. Knot the end of the jute, leaving a loop at the end to hang your garland from.

3. String your ornaments on the jute, varying color to add depth.

4. As you add more ornaments, be sure to slide them to the very end of your jute. A good way to get them to slide is to pull the jute taunt.

5. When you’ve reached your desired length, knot the end, leaving a loop.
6. Display your garland on a flat surface or tack up two nails and hang it by the end loops.
