How to Make a Frosty Winter Jar Luminary Tutorial

Create a dazzling frosted jar luminary in a few simple steps! Great for seasonal decorating and gifting!

Time required: 20 minutes + dry time
Age range: 12+

Things you’ll need:
Glass jar
Mod Podge
Paint brush
Epsom salt
Twine
Winter themed miniatures (bottle brush tree, tiny deer, etc.)
Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Things to do:
1. Use a paint brush to paint a thin layer of mod podge on your glass jar.

2. Roll in (or sprinkle with) epsom salt. Cover your entire jar.

3. Allow to dry.
4. Wrap your twine around the top lip of your jar. Tie or glue into place.
