Give her this beautiful headband for Valentine’s Day or for a special occasion. It’s easier to make than it looks!
Difficulty level: Easy
Time to complete: 1 hour
Age range: 10+
Things you’ll need:
Red felt sheets
Plastic headband
Narrow ribbon
Hot glue gun
Glue sticks
Scissors
Needle and thread *optional
Things to do:
1. Wrap your headband following the instructions here.
2. Trace 6 circles onto the felt. I’ve used the lid of a mason jar.
3. Warm up your hot glue gun. You’ll be folding 5 of the circles into quarters. Fold the first one in half as shown.
4. Fold in half again.
5. Glue in place, or stitch if desired, for extra security.
6. Begin gluing the folded circles to the remaining circular piece of felt.
7. Repeat with all the folded circles.
8. Open up the folds to reveal the flower.
9. Glue this to the headband.
