This DIY feather pen is inexpensive to make and easy to use. Play around with different strings and colored feathers to create a set that you love.

Things you’ll need:
Pen
Hot glue gun
Glue sticks
Jute
Scissors
Feather

Things to do:
1. First, line your feather and pen up. The quill should be the only part touching the pen.

2. Apply a drop of hot glue to the end of your string and attach it to the feather. Let it dry completely.

3. Begin wrapping the string around the quill and pen. Continue wrapping until you reach the end of the pen. Your string should be tight, not allowing the pen or quill to show through.



4. When you get to the end of the pen, apply another dot of hot glue to the string and use scissors to cut the end.
