Tulle
Ruler
Scissors
Elastic

Things to do:
1. The first step is cutting your piece of elastic. Measure the waist of the child you’re making it for, allowing an extra inch.

2. Sew the ends of the elastic together, creating a waistband.

3. Cut a 20-inch piece of tulle, giving you a rectangle shape that is 18x20inches.

4. Fold the piece of tulle in half and loop it over the elastic waistband. The knot will hold it securely in place.


5. Repeat steps 3-4 until the entire elastic band is covered.
