Forgo photo frames and show off your prints with this farmhouse-vibe display! This fun upcycle project adds a shabby-chic element to your home decor, perfectly complementing an eclectic style.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 30 minutes
Age range: 12 and up

Things you’ll need:
Pillar candlestick holder
Wood plaques
Wooden clothespins
Hot glue gun/glue sticks
E6000 glue
Burlap ribbon
Scissors
Wood stain

Things to do:
1. The first step is staining your wood plaques. I used a spray on stain and applied a thin coat to give it a slight grey tint.

2. When the stain is dry, use E6000 glue to secure one of your plaques flat across the top of your candlestick holder.

3. Use E6000 glue to secure the second plaque to the center of the flat plaque.

4. Glue a window clothespin to the top, center of your standing plaque.
5. Trim off a piece of burlap ribbon and tie it in a bow. Use hot glue to attach it to the nape of your candlestick holder, just under the flat plaque.
