Glitter Tipped Pinecones

Pinecones are one of my favorite ways to bring nature inside during the winter months and I’m always looking for fun things to do with them. This project turns simple pinecones into something a little but jazzy and sparkly. They can be used in floral arrangements, wreaths or made into simple, pretty ornaments.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 15 minutes plus dry time

Things you’ll need:
Pinecone picks
Green paint
Craft glue
Glitter

Things to do:
1. Paint the entire pinecone with green paint, being sure to get the paint all the way in to the center.

2. Once the paint is dry, squeeze or paint a small amount of glue onto the end of each pinecone petal.
3. Sprinkle a generous amount of glitter onto the glue, tapping off any excess.

4. Allow the glue to dry before using.
