Every winter, my kids look forward to making snowmen on snowy days. Unfortunately, we don’t really live in a snow filled place these days so I know they will be missing that part of winter. While they might not be quite as good as real snowmen, these little clothespin snowmen are so cute, I bet they’ll love them enough to make up for the lack of snow.
Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 15 minutes plus dry time
Things you’ll need:
Old fashioned clothespins
White paint
Orange paint
Black paint
Wide and narrow paint brushes
Top hats (optional)
Things to do:
1. Placing the clothespins on a piece of scrap cardboard to keep them upright, paint a coat of white paint over the entire surface of the clothespins and set them aside to allow them to dry.
2. Once dry, add eyes, a nose and a mouth with the narrow paintbrush. Allow the paint to dry . Use as gift toppers, ornaments or just for fun little toys!
