DIY Tassel Key Chain


This key ring accessory is simple and makes a serious style statement. Try combining different colors and textures to create a look that’s all your own.

Things you’ll need:
Baker’s twine
Jute
Scissors
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Key ring

Things to do:
1. Wrap your baker’s twine around a piece of cardboard that’s 4 inches long.




2. Cut both ends of the loop and pull out several strands.


3. Place a piece of baker’s twine in the center of your strands and tie a double knot.

4. Cut a 10-inch piece of jute and tie a double knot 1/2 inch down from the center, creating a tassel.

5. Wrap the ends of the jute around the tassel and secure the ends with hot glue.


6. Trim any uneven strands to create a thick, full tassel.
7. Use the ends of your center strand to tie a knot around a key ring.
