DIY Spooky Halloween Eyeball Flower Vase

Your guests will take a second look at this decor that – at first glance – it isn’t obviously “Halloween decor.” The spooky eyeballs are buried in the flowers and will bring a smile to anyone who takes a second look at your vase.

Difficulty level: Intermediate
Time required: 30 minutes
Age range: 12+

Things you’ll need:
Bloodshot eyeballs
Black satin roses
Vase
Floral wire
Pipe cleaners
Newspaper or another filler for the bottom of the vase
Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks

Things to do:
1. Select 3-5 flowers. For each flower, place a pipe cleaner next to the short stem, and attach it by wrapping floral wire around both. Clip the wire (but not the pipe cleaner) when you get a couple of inches below the original stem.

2. When you’re finished, all flowers will have longer stems.

3. Warm up your hot glue gun and glue the eyeballs in the middle of each flower.

4. Place all the flowers together and wrap with the pipe cleaner. Add some newspaper to the bottom of the vase to prop up the eyeball flowers. Insert them into the vase and surround with other flowers. Now….wait for someone to notice!
