Having spent some years living deep in the woods, I love having the feeling of trees around me. And now that I’m a city mouse once again, I miss having the forest at my fingertips, so I take any opportunity I can to bring the feeling of the woods in to my house. These twig hangers are a fun way to have a little of the outdoors inside while displaying and organizing some of your things. While these can’t hold heavy items, they are perfect for light and pretty things, as much art themselves as they are a way to display it.

Time required: less than 5 minutes

Things you’ll need:
Birch twig sections
Foam mounting tape
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Cut sections of mounting tape to cover one end of each stick and press them in well.


2. Remove the backing from the tape and then press them into the wall firmly. Allow the tape a few minutes to set up before using the hangers.
