This DIY is inspired by the rustic trend in home decor. It is the perfect piece to complement your living space, creating a fun accent detail that you’re sure to love. I loved this project so much, that I made one for my house and several for my friends.

Things you’ll need:
Distressed wood (pallet board)
Picture hanger
2 – Mason jars
Jute
Dried flowers
Scissors

Things to do:
1. The first step is attaching the picture hanger to the back of the board. Use a hammer to pound it in a 1/2 inch from the top of the board.

2. Cut a 3 1/2 foot piece of jute and lay it under the board, tying it 6 inches from the top.

3. Lay the Mason jar on top of the knotted jute and wrap the jute around the Mason jar, securing it with a bow.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the second Mason jar.
5. Arrange your favorite dried flowers in the jars to create a cute display.
