Difficulty level: Beginner
Age range: 6 and Up
Time to complete: 30 Minutes

Things you’ll need:
Baker’s Twine
1/4 Cup Flour
Tacky Glue
Round Balloons
Vaseline
Scissors

Things to do:
1. The first step is preparing your mixture. Combine 1/4 cup flour, 4 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. tacky glue, and mix the ingredients. They should make a consistency that is similar to pancake batter.
2. Blow up a round balloon and cover it in Vaseline. The Vaseline will keep the string from sticking to the balloon when you pop it.

3. Place a long piece of baker’s twine into the mixture and cover it completely. Wrap the string around the balloon until you’ve covered a majority of the surface.

4. Allow the string to dry on the balloon over night. Once it’s dry, pop the balloon inside.

5. Tie a piece of baker’s twine to the top of the string ball and use it to display your creation!
