These bottles are the perfect decor for a newlywed’s first home, or as a centerpiece for a wedding anniversary. You could choose to make these in silver paint as well, or add colored ribbons for a different look!
Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 1-2 hours (includes drying time)
Age range: 10+
Things you’ll need:
4 glass bottles
Gold metallic spray
White pearl beads
Burlap ribbon
Burlap ribbon with lace
Scissors
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks
Narrow and wide lace
Things to do:
1. Spray paint all 4 bottles gold and allow to dry. Warm up your hot glue gun.
2. Glue the burlap and lace burlap ribbon to each bottle, placing the ribbon at different heights on each bottle.
3. Add lace to some or all of the bottles. Starting with the “L,” glue the string of beads in the shape of an “L” on the bottle.
4. Glue the narrow lace in the shape of an “O.”
5. Create a “V” out of the string of beads and glue in place.
6. Form an “e” from the narrow lace and glue to the bottle.
