Turn a few simple household ingredients into a beautiful, lightly scented lip gloss with this little project. Perfect for Tween birthday party favors or girls who are just starting to experiment with make-up, the colors and scents can easily be varied by changing flavors.

Things you’ll need:
Small saucepan
Vaseline
Flavored Kool-Aid
Small spoon
Small-lidded jar

Things to do:
1. Scoop out about half of the Vaseline and warm it slowly and gently in the saucepan.

    1. It will actually depend on how much lip gloss you would like to make and how strong of a flavor you would like. The more Kool Aid you add, the stronger the flavor. Just experiment on what you like best personally! Please let me know if you have any other questions!

  1. Do you sell these little lidded jars? I could not find them on your website. This is a great gift idea!

  2. What a terrific project! My son just re-married a beautiful girl who brought me three new teenage grandaughters. Im going to make this for them first! Thank you so much. I know this will be a hit.

  3. I love this – so simple! For those looking for jars, I suggest saving/re-purposing any make-up jars you already have. I save all of my old compacts, under eye cream jars, etc.
