Age range: 10+
Things you’ll need:
Mason jar
Clear frost glass window color
Mini carrots
Christmas twine
Craft pom poms
Acrylic paint

Scissors
Hot glue gun
Glue sticks
Pliers
Large black buttons
Things to do:
1. Apply the frost window color to the jar.
2. Create a design to make the glass look like it’s actually frosty! You won’t want to color the whole jar with a solid coat. Set aside.
3. Paint the lid black.
4. After about 8 hours, the window color will have dried.
5. With pliers, snip off the back side of the carrot. Warm up your hot glue gun or consider using E6000 glue.
6. Twist two pipe cleaners around each other.
7. Glue the twisted pipe cleaners to one pom pom.
8. Cut the pipe cleaner to the size needed to arc over the lid. Glue the other pom pom to the other side of the pipe cleaner.
9. Glue the eyes to the jar.
10. Glue the carrot to the center of the jar, for a nose.
