DIY Fall Mum Wall Pocket

Wall Pockets are a great way to liven up a plain space on your wall, indoors or out. This fall, why not add a little cheer to your front door, hall or a bedroom that needs a little extra beauty with a sweet fall mum display? Flowers can be changed out as the seasons change as well, making this a great year =-round addition to your decor.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time required: 5 minutes

Things you’ll need:
Artificial mums
Wall pocket
1-inch wide sheer ribbon
Scissors
Small rubber band or floral wire
Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Things to do:
1. Trim the ends of the mums so that just the blooms will poke out of the wall pocket.
2. Using a rubber band, secure the stems to one another to form a tight bunch.

3. Cut a 12-inch length of ribbon and thread through the hole, tying in a secure know. Rotate the ribbon though the hole until the knot sits at the back of the wall pocket, hidden from view.

4. Cut another length of ribbon and tie into a decorative bow. Using a drop of glue, attach it to the top of the hanging loop.
