DIY Candy Conversation Heart Valentines

Looking for a cute Valentine’s Day craft to do with your kids? These foam conversation hearts are fun and involve several different skills, including cutting, gluing and sewing. Your kids will love making them for all of their friends!

Things you’ll need:
Foam
Foam hearts
Embroidery floss
Needle
Hot glue gun/hot glue sticks
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Start by cutting out two identical heart shapes. To make a symmetrical pattern, fold your foam in half and cut out a ‘half heart’ shape.

2. Use a needle and embroidery floss to secure the two hearts together. Leave 2-inches open, so you can fill the heart with treats!

3. Secure foam conversation hearts on the front to decorate your heart – You can either use hot glue or simply pull off the sticker on the back!
