DIY Art Easel Placecard Holder


Mix and match different paper straws to create mini art easels to display your guest’s names. These creative placeholders are super cute and easily customize to complement any party theme.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 5 Minutes
Age range: 12 and Up

Things you’ll need:
Paper straws
Scissors
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Cardstock
Pen

Things to do:
1. Cut two straws in half.


2. Apply a drop of hot glue inside the end of your straws and press the sides together, creating a seal.

3. Use hot glue to secure two straw halves together into a V” shape.


4. When the glue is dry, apply a third straw to the back of the V,” creating a tripod.

5. Glue the last straw to the front of the tripod. This is what supports your name card.


6. Write your guest’s name on a piece of cardstock and display your mini artwork.
