It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! This festive garland is a wonderful way to light up the night and celebrate the holiday season in style.

Age range: 12 and up
Things you’ll need:
Mini glass bottles with corks
Miniature bottle brush trees
Artificial snow
Knife
Wire cutters
Funnel
LED string lights
Things to do:
- First, use an exacto knife to trim small notches out of the cork lids on the bottles. The holes should be large enough that the wires on the lights will fit through when the lids are on the bottles.
- Use the funnel to add snow to the bottles.
- Use wire cutters to remove the large base from the bottoms of the trees.
- Place a tree and a light from the strand inside each bottle and push the lid on tightly to hold them in place.
- Add a bottle to every other light on the strand.
