Whether you are using cupcake liners for cupcakes and muffins (always yummy!) or for crafting (always fun!) this project turns ordinary muffin liners into personalized, color dipped decorations for your parties and crafts. Theme your dip dying for specific parties, holidays or color combinations. Because this uses food coloring for the dying, the color edged wrappers can be used in your baking projects safely.
