Create these sweet little wood stacks that add a great scent to your tree.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Time required: 5-10 minutes
Age range: 12 and up

Things you’ll need:
Cinnamon sticks
Embellishments (pine and berries)
Ribbon or twine
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Scissors

Things to do:
1. First, start out by cutting your cinnamon sticks in half lengthwise. I would recommend wearing safety goggles to protect your eyes from flying debris.
2. Using three of the half pieces of cinnamon start forming your wood stack. Glue two together side by side and one on top.

3. Now, glue your embellishments on top of wood stack.

4. Cut approximately 20″ of trim, fold in half and make an overhand knot to form loop for hanging. With loop on top, wrap the loose ends around bottom of logs, pull tight and tie in knot or bow.
