These felt rosebuds make a lovely addition to a bunch of dried greenery, creating a bouquet that lasts forever. Make several in different colors and arrange them in a vase for a lovely centerpiece.

Difficulty level: Beginner
Time to complete: 30 minutes
Age range: 12 and up

Things you’ll need:
Floral wire
Floral tape
Green and ivory felt sheets
Large wooden bead
Scissors
Hot glue gun/glue sticks

Things to do:
1. First, you need to cut out a pattern for your petals and leaves. Start by cutting a 3X3 square and folding it in half. Cut out two petals. When you open your square, you’ll have your full pattern.

2. Cut out two of the shapes in white felt and one in green felt.

3. Use hot glue to attach your wooden bead to the end of your floral wire. Let it dry completely before moving on.

4. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the center of your felt shapes. Slide them onto your floral wire, so they sit flush against the wooden bead.

5. Use hot glue to pull the petals and leaves up around the wooden bead.

6. Wrap the floral wire with green floral tape.
