Things to do:
1. Cut an 8-inch piece of wire.
2. Slide jingle bells into the wire, varying sizes for dimension.
3. When the wire is covered with jingle bells, twist the ends together, creating a wreath shape.
4. Slide a piece of wire through the top of the wreath and wrap the ends together, creating a hanger.
