Pam Wright " I painted a lg. tongue depresser white put a felt bennie hat, then painted a snow man face. Make a sm scarf, paint some red and white peppermint candies with wrapers for buttons i take the broom and trim it so its not so wide, then tuck the handle of broom under the scarf where it hangs down. Tie a string around the top of the hat to make a little bunch on top and leave some string to hang it from. Now you have the cutest snowman orniament ever )"
