Sharon "I love these top hats and I also bought the 90mm size ones and they both are just the right size for my little critter projects they have enhanced and an air of class to them. With my first order I went through Amazon I was told that it would take 14 to 21 days delivery time, that can really stress a person when you are meeting a dead line. But Factory Direct Craft sent it in record time, I was so surprised when they came within the week.I would also like to thank the staff for there assistance my orders. My orders come quickly and packed well. The only concern I have is the flat rate shipping, you have to make sure that your order is large enough to make the cost factor per item worth it. "
