"I ordered 10 packs of the silver liberty bells (78 in). The bells had a nice tiny ring to it. I didnt open all the packs, but opened about half of them, and in each pack I opened there seemed to be at least 2-3 of them with no clapper, and one in every pack in which the clapper, which attaches to the top of the bell where you can tie the bell to something, is broken and the bell doesnt ring anymore. I also had one that was rusted, which I cant use."
