Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven, this haunting artificial bird pays homage to the master of gruesome and is ready to take flight into the midnight sky. Send chills down the spines of your family and friends when pairing him with spooky lighting, tombstones, and bone-chilling skulls. This crow can be used as a spooky haunted house addition, Halloween decoration, theater prop, or retail display.
While Halloween legend characterizes the crow as a "mystic bird, a downright witches' bird, belonging to the Devil and other powers of the night," primitive folklore associates the feathered creature with luck and royalty. It is said that if a raven perches on your roof, it will bring good fortune to those within.
Realistic enough to be convincing, this blackbird is frighteningly detailed. It is made of foam covered in life-like feathers with a plastic beak, eyes and talons. Each foot has an attached, bendable wire for easily attaching to costumes, or mounting to displays. They can also be removed if desired.

Becky "I bought this bird for my Halloween costume as Tippi Hedrin from The Birds. I used the wire attached to the feet to poke through my wig and twist underneath to hold it securely. It worked like a charm and I got lots of compliments. Probably not the most traditional use for this item, but it was a nice size and I liked the formation the wings are in, sort of like the bird is flying downwards. My only complaint is that the black feathers started to come off the bird itself a little and you could see the metalplastic (not sure what was under there) a bit. But, I was using this as part of a costume and it got moved around a lot so if it was being used for decor, Im sure it would be fine. "

Koko "This authentic-looking crow will sit atop a centerpiece at our 1890s Halloween get-together we are planning for 100 senior citizens on Halloween night. Since they enjoy Halloween and the season - but prefer to not come in costume - we thought transforming our clubhouse into 1890 and then decorating it for Halloween might be a fun change for them. The crow looks appropriately menacing and is just the right size for our buffet table centerpiece. A very nice addition at a very good price!"

Richard "The crow looks real....upon ordering, this the purchase was processed and shipped the same day....great, it arrived quickly! I was having crows gathering on my porch during the day when nobody was home. They were destroying the porch carpet, poking holes in the screen door and defecating on the porch. I had researched on how to get rid of crows...and one way was to place a dead crow in the area. This has really worked, I laid the artificial crow on its back with the wings spread on the porch and the crows never came back, YEA!"
