"Unfortunately, the quality is not great. While I was putting the garland up on the mantel many strands completely broke off the garland. The brown wrap they use around the wiring falls off very easily. I have used many different types of pip berry garland from FDC and have not experienced this. Also, the colors dont look good against brown, it blends in too much. I think with a lighter background (like in the picture) it would look better. With all that said, the customer service from FDC is outstanding. I am no longer shopping at other stores because the customer service cannot be matched to FDC."
