Ideal for molds, casting, and hobby use, this DAP Plaster of Paris features a smooth formula that provides great results every time.

It sets fast, usually within 20-30 minutes, without shrinking. The ultra smooth, hard, white finish makes the product ideal for casting or modeling by hobbyists, artists, and pattern makers.

Add DAP Plaster of Paris to clear cold water in a clean container mixing 2 parts powder to one part water. Stir to a smooth consistency. Do not mix more material than can be used in 15-20 minutes. Discard any material that has begun to harden. Make sure the plaster is completely dry and hard before painting.

For best results, sand as needed before decorating. Wet sanding is recommended to avoid creating dust. Always use a good quality oil or latex-base paint for a professional finish.
