TIPS - Peel the adhesive strips from the backing, position them in place while making sure not to stretch them, and solidify the joints with liquid leading. You can then paint the glass around these strips with whatever colors and designs you like! These are repositionable for up to four weeks, so you can even move them if you change your mind about the design!

"This was so easy to use and looks FANTASTIC Before I put it up, I washed the windows and then drew the template that i wanted to use on some poster board. I taped the poster board to the outside of the window and went to work on the inside. This initial process took the longest. It probably took about an hour to prepare correctly. After that I went to work taping the lead strips to the inside of my windows. I was very surprised that this took about 15 to 20 minutes for a beautiful, Victorian looking diamond pattern on my 2.5 x 2.5' windows. My sis wants me to do her windows and my neighbor wants to do hers as well. Many compliments and no one, except the people that I tell, know that it is a faux finish. I love this product"

"I cant say enough about this product. It goes on easily, looks like real leaded glass and makes a beautiful, fun project. I am a little concerned the company may be going out of business because it is getting harder to find. Pleople always mistake my french doors for real leaded glass. I did this project because I wanted some privacy but didnt want to block the light. I looked on line for designs and used the ideas to custom make my own. It was an inexpensive project that has lasted through many years and many children. Love this stuff!"

"Sometimes I do an outrigger canoe or surfboard on the ocean.And the straight lines of redilead strips contrast my wavy fluid ocean shapes and colors.My Gallery Glass art work sells likes hot cakes at an annual Christmas craft fair here in Hawaii.So I appreciate their products and Factory Direct Craft.
