Made of paper mache recycled materials. To achieve a consistent egg shape there is a plastic core underneath the outer paper mache cover.

Marilyn "our club used these eggs to decoupage for Easter baskets for a fund raiser.we had fun - it was easy and not frustrating for the ladies who were non crafterswe used mod podge for the glue and gift wrap worked better than the paper napkins that were suggested on several web sites"

Rebekah "Eggcelent mache eggs! They hold up well to 4yr painting them and with care and persistence, can be punched through for stringing. We painted and hung them up in our tree for our Equinox celebrations. We used acrylic paint, and if putting a hole or so through them, be mindful of the plastic boning inside the egg (plastic isnt easy to punch)."
