California Personal Data Removal Request

If you're a resident of California, then you can request to stop further processing of your data and removal. By filling out this form we will remove personal data from our records, including any registered account with us, and if you're subscribed to our newsletters you will be removed. If you only want to be removed from the newsletters, please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails, or contact us to be unsubscribed.

Any pending to be shipped order you may have placed will delay this removal request for up to 25 days, after which if your order hasn't shipped it will be canceled to comply with the request. Any subsequent customer service requirements on your behalf will be limited, due to your information being removed. If you wish immediate removal of information despite your pending order, please submit your request here then contact us so we can make sure you want your order canceled, upon cancellation your request will move forward.

NOTE: These requests are submitted to a queue for approval to prevent fake automated removal requests from spamming our system, and removing data from users who didn't request it. Your selected country and state must match the country you shipped to or have on your account, as verification your email belongs to you. Due to potential privacy issues from enumeration attacks (submitting of random emails to see which are in our system based on the response), we cannot give feedback, via this form, as to whether the information submitted is in our system and accurate. If your request is successful, a single email will be sent before the email itself is removed from our records, this email will not be immediate as it may take several business days to comply with the request.
