This project is to create a "Watching You" Witch
Products Needed:
1 4"x9" Styrofoam Cone (#SC940)
1 5" Styrofoam Ball (#4830)
1 Hank (6 yards) each of Loopy Chenille (Orange & Black) (#10024)
1 6" Black Felt Witch Hat (#12774)
1/2 oz. Curly Orange Doll Hair (#090127)
"Old Gold" Sheer Ribbon (#NWC3815A)
"Orange" Sheer Ribbon (#NWC1021)
1 Gold Santa Belt Buckle (#3198)

Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
Directions:
1. Start by tying a bow around the base of the felt hat with a strip of sheer orange ribbon. Secure the bow to the hat with a few small drops of hot glue.
2. Using t-pins, secure one end of the beige chenille roping to the styrofoam ball. Wrap the ball completely with the chenille roping, leaving only a one inch of styrofoam exposed at what will be the bottom. As you wrap the ball, secure with t-pins and/or hot glue. Trim off the remaining chenille roping.
3. Unravel the orange hair and fold or wrap it around the top of the beige ball, securing with t-pins and/or hot glue.
4. Hot glue the felt hat over the hair, but not completely hiding.
5. Hot glue 2 wiggle eyes onto the face of the ball. With your choice of color, bend one chenille stem to make the mouth - making it appear happy, sad, scary, or funny. Using small dots of hot glue, attach to the face.
6. Secure an end of black chenille to the base of the styrofoam cone with t-pins and/or hot glue. Wrap the cone entirely covering the styrofoam, except the top flat part and the bottom flat part, again securing as you go. Trim off the remaining chenille roping.
7. Cut 2 pieces at 12" of black chenille roping & bend in half. These will be the arms, attached them to the top of the cone on opposite sides of each other. Bend them into any position or pin them loosely at the sides.
8. Cut various lengths of both orange & gold ribbon, preferably anywhere from 7" to 9". Weave both colors of ribbon half-way through the gold belt buckle & hot glue that in place. Then hot glue the buckle to the top front of the cone between the arms.
9. Hot glue the head to the top of the cone where both exposed styrofoam sections meet. For added stability, use t-pins pushing them in at different angles.
