Perfect for the holiday season, these Christmas Tree Hairclips will delight the little girl in your life.

Things you’ll need:
Grosgrain ribbon in green, brown and red
Hair clips
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Scissors

Things to do:
1. Cut the brown and green ribbon into three inch pieces. For each clip you will need one brown and six green pieces.
2. Wrap the top of the clip with the brown ribbon, folding the ends over and adding glue to sandwich the clip between the ribbon layers.

3. Glue the ends of each piece of green ribbon together, giving you six flat loops. Trim away any loose threads or glue strands.

4. Layer the green strips, glued ends at the trunk, on an angle, to create the tree shape.
5. Tie a small bow with the red ribbon and trim the ends. Glue at the top of the tree. Remove any glue strands and allow the glue to dry thoroughly before wearing.
